• Student Information — Name, date of birth, gender, address, guardian name, phone number, Aadhar number (masked), photograph, category, blood group, and academic records.
• Staff Information — Name, designation, phone, email, salary details, attendance records, and photograph.
• Financial Data — Fee invoices, payment records, expense entries, and salary disbursements.
• Academic Data — Enrollment records, attendance logs, examination marks, and report card data.
• Usage Data — Log data, browser type, IP address, and pages visited within the application for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information collected solely to deliver and improve VidyaGo's services. Specific uses include:

• Creating and managing student and staff profiles within the platform.
• Generating fee invoices, receipts, ID cards, payslips, and marksheets.
• Tracking attendance and generating attendance reports.
• Providing school administrators with dashboard analytics and operational summaries.
• Responding to support queries sent via the contact form or email.
• Improving platform performance and fixing technical issues.

• Service Providers — Trusted third-party hosting infrastructure providers who process data solely on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.

• School Authority — Within the platform, data is accessible to the school's own authorised administrators and staff only.

We retain personal data for as long as a school's account is active and as reasonably required to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Schools may request deletion of their data by contacting us. Upon account termination, data is securely deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

VidyaGo is designed for use by school administrators and staff who manage student records. The platform itself is not intended to be directly accessed by children under 13. All student data is entered and managed by authorised school personnel. We require schools to obtain appropriate consents from guardians where required by applicable Indian regulations.
